My name is Elias, I am 25 years old, I am a bodybuilder and my category is Classic Physique and I am a 100% natural athlete, I have been practicing gym since I was 18, in June 2024 for the first time I paid a trainer since I really wanted to compete, in mid-July my trainer, (Sunday Precoma Martini) invited me to compete in the federation (AGFF) for the first time in Mr. Guanajuato veterans and rookies, I did not feel so prepared but I could not pass up that opportunity, so I dared to compete for the first time, we did very well, I obtained a first place in my category already mentioned, this triumph was on 08/04/2024, my birthday, then I had my second competition in that same month in the same federation (AGFF) at the Celaya Gram Prix, obtaining another first place in the category already mentioned, this triumph was on 08/25/2024, then my coach invited me to compete with them in the Mr Mexico classic of the federation (FMFF) something that I could not pass up since that was one of my biggest dreams, and we began the preparation which was very slight adjustments, because I had spent the entire month of August competing, the day of the competition arrived which was in CDMX. I had never seen so many athletes and with a very competitive quality, I felt very happy, before going up on stage I asked God for a lot of courage and confidence because I went with the mentality of a winner and that was how I had to go on stage competing with more than 50 athletes in my Games category, Classic Physique obtaining a first place when they told me that I had won, tears came to my eyes because I was making one of my biggest dreams come true and my coach was a very important pillar in that moment, he helped me feel more confident,
This triumph was on the date 05/09/2024, after this great triumph we had to participate in Querétaro in the WBBA association where we obtained a second place in the Body Building category and in Classic Physique we obtained a first place. We also took the absolute of the category and obtaining the professional card. This triumph was on the date 10/11/2024 and this is what I can say for now about my career as a Bodybuilder. Nothing is impossible for those who fight day after day. This is me. It's not about motivation, more than anything, it's about discipline, perseverance, and a lot of faith in yourself and your process.
Andy's story in bodybuilding is not just about competitions, it is about passion, determination, and constant evolution. His journey began in March 2024, when he decided to take the big leap into the world of bodybuilding. Under the guidance of his coach Domingo Precoma, he entered his first competition in the AGFF federation, achieving what many dream of but few achieve:
1st place in Bikini Fitness local and open category, and also, the absolute. It was just the beginning. In April of that same year, Andy took it to the next level by competing in the prestigious Mr. Mexico Amateur (WABBA). There she made her mark again, taking first place in the Junior category and second place in the Bikini Fitness Open. A result that confirmed that she was ready for more. Her competitive spirit led her to Mr. Guanajuato in August, achieving a solid 4th place at the Bikini Fitness Games, and later, in September, to the historic 52nd Mr. Querétaro Classic, where she added a 2nd and 3rd place in her categories.
That same year, she closed her season with a great performance at the 2024 Querétaro Championship, achieving 2nd place at the Bikini Fitness Open. But 2024 had a special achievement in store. In November, Andy obtained her WABBA PRO professional card, an international recognition that marked a before and after in her career, consolidating her as an elite athlete. Already in 2025, Andy returned to the stage to prove that his hunger for victory was still intact. In March, again at the AGFF, he was crowned 1st Place in Bikini Fitness and Bikini Fitness Games. And this is just the beginning.
His vision is set on new goals: this year he will return to Mr. Guanajuato, and he will close strongly competing in the Mr. Mexico Nacional, seeking to continue climbing the ladder in the sport she is passionate about. Today, Andy is not only part of the elite team of athletes at VARGRAV.
She is a symbol of what the brand represents: a passion that never stops, achievements that inspire, and dreams that are dressed in power.
Since I was little, my parents instilled in me a love of sports. But it was during quarantine, a time of uncertainty and self-discontent, that I discovered the gym, and it became my salvation. The gym wasn't just a place, but a therapy, a sport where I saw a path and knew I could aspire to achieve great things. Today, every workout is a promise: that of being better than yesterday, not by comparison, but by overcoming. Sports didn't just give me a strong body; they taught me that I set my own limits... and that I can always break them... What at first was a hobby to feel better about myself, I now see as a dream I'm building that depends entirely on me, on my persistence and discipline. And this is precisely what I love about this beautiful art.

I want to share the passion and love I feel for bodybuilding, demonstrating that this sport goes beyond aesthetics: it is discipline, self-improvement, and a philosophy of life. My goal is to inspire young people through my example, showing them that constant effort transforms lives.
I myself discovered this path thanks to fitness influencers who motivated me, and now I'm excited to think that, from VARGRAV, we can be that push for someone else.
May they see in us the reflection that, with dedication, limits are broken and dreams become tangible. It's not just about lifting weights, but about lifting someone's life, who perhaps is in the same place I was when I first started.
My name is Pau, and I believe my journey is still short, as I'm just starting out in the world of bodybuilding. I started going to the gym three years ago, motivated by difficult situations, never imagining that this decision would completely change my outlook on things, my life, and my mindset. I first tried training at 16, but it didn't turn out as I expected. However, at 17, I met my current coach, who has been a great motivation and support along the way. Thanks to his guidance, I began what I consider my first serious training, also accompanied by a very important person for me.
Although it was a complicated process, it was an experience I would definitely repeat again and again. I managed to participate in three competitions during 2024, at just 17 and 18 years old, and now we're going all out for what's next in 2026. My biggest achievements so far have been in my three most recent competitions. I placed 2nd in the Bikini Under 18 category at the AFFCDQ event in Querétaro. I then took 1st place in the Bikini Under 18 category at the Latin American INBA in Mexico City. Finally, I competed in the WABBA Mr. Hercules in Querétaro, where I took 2nd place in the Bikini Under 24 category.
